By scheduling and/or paying for any service offered by newsham park tours through you are attesting that you have read the terms and conditions and accept these terms of service,  You may also be offered a disclaimer to read and agree at the venue before your event starts.

This is not refundable.  Please be aware all refunds can take up to 28 working days to show back into your account.  

During the event if you have any concerns regarding  the tour, please speak to the team directly before leaving the venue.  All Newsham Park Ghost Tours team are self employed 

Postponed Events Beyond Newsham Park Ghost Tours control will not be refunded (Credit Note or Replacement event will be offered)

It is your responsibility at the time of booking, to ensure that you and anyone that you are booking for can make the event date and time and are made aware of our Terms And Conditions

We cannot offer a refund or transfer your places if you are unable to attend for any reason. As readers are self employed some are paid for in advance, and we are liable for these costs, even if you cannot make the event.

We reserve the right to cancel an event at any time, for any reason, at our own discretion. We can cancel an event if there are not enough customers booked to make the event financially viable to operate.

 If we have  to cancel due to matters beyond our control we will tell you as soon as is reasonably possible. In these circumstances we will give you a credit note of any money paid to us & move your booking to another event of your choice to the same value but we will have no other liability whatsoever to you such as hotel reservation or transport costs etc   It is your responsibility at the time of booking, to ensure that you and anyone that you are booking for can make the event date and time. Our team are they to help you in anyway they can they are there to help. Please do not abuse our team in any way either online or in person if our team feel you have been disrespectful on our events you may be ask to leave and ticket cancelled with no refund ( This Includes Online Abuse)
